Individualized Training Plan
Our results oriented, individualized
approach to Adult Basic Education, OSSD and GED
instruction allows us to determine exact course needs,
to set realistic achievable timelines (allowing for
functional abilities, etc…), to evaluate and customize
the program and instruction on a continuous basis and to
manage participation, attendance and compliance to
ensure student success.
The Individualized Training Plan is developed in
collaboration with the case manager, teacher, and the
learner to provide comprehensive English & Mathematics
upgrading to Grade 12
equivalency. The plan includes testing dates, lesson
plans, and monthly program timelines & reporting
schedule.

Client’s
commitment is critical to a successful learning outcome.
While we provide a great deal of flexibility and
individual attention to our clients, we expect a high
level of participation and effort commitment.
This initial drive and commitment is
maintained and reinforced through successful outcomes of
progressive testing and regular feedback.
